I would like to know what would be a proper diet and which supplements should I give my father for early signs of Alzhemeir's?

You'd want to get our low carb Mediterranenan diet with the good foods list. This diet promotes good sources of fatty acids and proteins while extricating excess carbohydrates and refines sugars and grains. Consume ORGANIC sources of chicken, beef, and other meats maybe 2-3 times a week. Incorporate fish perhaps 1 or 2 times a week as well. Eat fish that is lower in mercury and pcbs such as Wild Alaskan Salmon and smaller fish such as sardines and anchovies. Avoid larger fish like shark and tuna. Use organic veggies and fruits to avoid the heavy pesticide and fungicide content of comercially grown crops. Focus on dark leafy greens and cruciferous veggies like Broccoli, Kale, Brussel Sprouts, Collards, Mustard Greens. Other valuable foods: tomato, okra, beets, etc. Avoid refined sugar like the plague. Avoid bleached grains. Instead use sweeteners like raw honey, raw dehydrated cane juice, real maple syrup etc. Avoid Aluminum deodorants. Avoid commercial laundry detergents, soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. Scientifically researched Supplements and whole foods: Neuro Optimizer (Jarrow), Neurozyme (New Chapter), Mental Clarity (New Chapter), Neuroplex (Standard Process), Neurotrophin PMG (Standard Process), A good high DHA Fish oil (Nordic, New Chapter), Good source of B vitamins (brewers yeast, coenzyme B food, Cataplex B and G, Nutrisense). Give us a call if you need more info at 770-979-5825 or 1-877-7AWAKEN. Hope this helps!
